3: Admission & Scholarship and Offer Acceptance

The Team EdWizz will submit required application forms and accompanying documentation, including academic performance, meeting English requirements, and any other supporting required information, after consultation and support. We’ll make the process easier for you by working directly with the institution to secure your Letter of Offer. An institution may also make you a Conditional Offer, which means you must meet certain criteria before receiving a complete Letter of Offer. As long as a Letter of Offer (or Conditional) is issued, the team may assist with the filing of a student visa application with the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) and other essential documents to begin the process.

Once the Letter of Offer is accepted, the institution will normally want you to fill out and submit an Acceptance form, as well as payment of tuition and OSHC arrangements. An eCOE will be issued to you by your institution (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment). This document is crucial for your records since it has a unique COE Number that will be associated with your student visa application. This will be reported to the Department of Health and Human Services (Department of Home Affairs).

Student will be contacted by the institution to provide information about start dates, orientation, and other pertinent information so that they can have the best induction and get off to a fantastic academic start.
